Designed for use with people with dementia the My Life Story Book can be used by the person with Dementia, their families, friends and health care professionals.
It has long been recognised that a Life History Book, complete with photographs is invaluable in the care of people with Dementia.
The My Life Story Book can help give the person with Dementia a past filled with experience, achievement and history. It also gives us a greater insight into the person and why they act in the ways they do, as well as being an aid to communication.
